Whether it is through coaching changemakers and visionaries 1:1 through life transitions, facilitating group retreats or plant medicine ceremonies for people of the global majority, or supporting organizations with how to integrate wellness into their everyday culture so that self-care becomes a collective effort, the mission remains the same: to envision ourselves as future ancestors so that we can create a story that leaves a legacy beyond this lifetime, and to leave this planet better than when we first arrived.

You can find me meditating with a green smoothie while reciting mantras in the morning, and practicing exotic floor work with a bag of plantain chips over spiritual trap music in the evening as a part of my own wellness rituals. (It’s been said at my workshops and retreats that I’d also make an incredible DJ.) I love exploring the complexities of life and spirituality, and invite you to do the same!
